Designed to clog a running chain saw upon contact to give the user substantially more reaction time in the event of an accident, PGI chaps feature 5 layers of Para-Aramid synthetic fiber - 3 woven and 2 felt - plus a 1000 denier nylon shell that resists water, mildew, oil and moisture. The Para-Aramid plies extend upward from the bottom of the leg to the waist band. Features a multiple compartment tool pocket on the left side attached to the waist belt, a 2"W adjustable waist belt, 1"W adjustable leg straps, and quick-release buckles.
